Strip EXIF is the surgical alternative to Strip Metadata: instead of nuking every hidden field, you pick exactly which EXIF categories to remove from your JPEG. Five independent toggles cover GPS and location data, camera and lens details, date and time stamps, author and copyright fields, and any embedded thumbnail preview. Unlike Strip Metadata, which re-encodes the image through a clean canvas and removes everything, Strip EXIF edits the EXIF chunk in place with piexifjs — the compressed pixel data is byte-for-byte identical to the original, so there is no visual quality loss and no file-size penalty. This makes it ideal when you need to keep some tags (say, copyright) while removing others (say, GPS coordinates before sharing a phone photo). All processing runs in your browser; the photo never leaves your device.
